Any problems related to operation and management are to be discussed and resolved between the two contracting parties.*2　Please contact each dormitory management company for information about meal service on non-weekdays.*3　RA: Resident Assistants. RAs are student leaders who help residents living away from home to lead a safe and pleasant daily life in their dormitory (in principle senior students).*4　The management company may assign RAs. Please contact them directly.Application for Multiple DormitoriesThe online application system on the Dormitory Desk, Student Affairs Section website is used to apply for dormitory admission.Please be assured that the system will check for patterns in which you cannot apply for both residences at the same time.● Students cannot apply for both directly managed dormitories (WISH and Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory). Please select one of them.● You can only apply for the directly managed dormitory as your first choice.If you pass the screening for the university-operated dormitory, your application for the affiliated dormitory of your second or lower choice will be automatically canceled.● It is possible to apply for more than one partner dormitory as your second choice, but only in the pattern described below.● If you apply for the affiliated dormitory as your first choice, you cannot apply for the directly managed dormitory.● If you apply for the directly managed dormitory as your first choice, you can apply for the affiliated dormitory as your second or lower choice.● If you apply for more than one affiliated dormitory (first choice/combined application), you must apply to the same manage-ment company for more than one dormitory.At the time of publication of this booklet, the following two partner dormitories are available. 1. Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd.　WID dormitory for Waseda University students or Dormy series dormitory for Waseda University students (up to your seventh choice).2. J.S.B.
