By ‘application form’ screening. The result would be informed by e-mail in about a week after we receive the application. Do I need to pay any fees before my arrival? No, you don’t have to. Is there any document I need to submit before my arrival? No, there isn’t any. Can I visit Crevia Will Waseda to have a look around? Yes, you can visit Crevia Will Waseda. Please make sure to call us before you go. Is there a selection process after application? Yes, residents are chosen by lottery. After the application period is over, there will be a lottery, and ITOCHU Urban Community will announce the results to the applicants by e-mail. Can I apply for this dormitory outside of the application acceptance period? If you have decided to study at Waseda University and there is a vacancy at that time, you can apply for a room anytime throughout the year. Please phone directly or inquire via the website. Can I choose my room? No, it is not possible to choose a room. Please apply with the understanding that you cannot choose room type, floor, or price. Can I change rooms after I have moved into the dormitory? No, it is not possible to change rooms, in principle. In the case of some unavoidable reason, you can settle your previous security deposit and conclude a new contract for a new room. Can I choose the contract period? Yes, you can choose 1 year, 1.5 years, 2 years, or short term contract as well. Can I choose my room? No, it is not possible to choose a room. Please apply with the understanding that you cannot choose room type, floor, or price. What sort of furniture and electric appliances are provided in the room? A fridge (two-door type), microwave, washing machine, ceiling light, bed, desk, chair and cart. Please arrange for curtains and bedding by yourself.If any of the provided facilities is broken or has some problem during ordinary usage, the company will repair it or exchange it free of charge.※ Rooms in Campus terrace waseda comes with a TV board. Can I use Internet in the dormitories? Yes, you can use it for a fixed price, including provider fees, from the day you move in. You can connect to the Wifi in your room. Can I invite my friends or family? Yes, you can invite a guest to your room between 09:00 and 22:00. Do you have ‘No meals’ option? No, we don’t. Also, we cannot provide special dishes like vegetarian food, halal food, etc. Do you have an internet connection? Yes, we do. There is a LAN jack in individual rooms and you can enjoy high-speed & stable internet connection free of charge. Can I invite my friends to my room? Yes, you can. However, ladies except for your family members are not allowed to visit any dormitory premises. When can I move in? It will be possible to move in on March 28, 2026 or September 1st. How many floors are for women only? There will be 5 floors (for a total of 100 rooms) for women only. However, this number is subject to change. Can my friend or a family member stay overnight with me? No, it is not permissible for anybody other than residents to enter your room, and no one can stay overnight there. There is a common kitchen on the ground floor where you can meet your visitors. Visitors can be there between 9:00 and 18:00. Can I use Internet in the building? Internet can be used free of charge in the rooms and the common spaces. After moving in, you can start using the Wifi immediately if you enter your ID and password in your computer or tablet. Can I cook in my room? No, it is not permissible to cook in the rooms. Please use any of the common kitchens located on the 1F, 5F, 8F, and 11F. Can my friend or family member stay overnight in my room? Only your family members can stay—it is not permissible to let your friends stay overnight. Is there a curfew? No, there isn’t. You can stay out overnight if you wish. Can I make a contract without meals? No, you cannot. Can I take out meals to my room and eat it later? No, you cannot for reason of hygiene. Can I cook in the dormitories?
